適用範圍 Scope of Policy

此政策適用於本店所有販售的寵物用品與天然零食，並涵蓋透過官方線上商店所完成的所有訂單。

This policy applies to all pet supplies and natural treats sold through our official online store and covers all completed orders.

付款與訂單 Payment & Orders

付款方式：本店接受主要信用卡、PayPal 及其他線上支付方式。
訂單成立：系統確認付款成功後，訂單即視為成立，並會寄送確認電子郵件。
取消規範：如需取消訂單，請於下單後 12 小時內與客服聯絡，逾時恕不受理。

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payments. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and a confirmation email is sent. To cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase; requests after this period cannot be accommodated.

出貨與配送 Shipping & Delivery

處理時間：確認訂單後 2–3 個工作天內出貨。
配送方式：提供本地及國際配送服務。
運費：結帳時依地區自動計算。
國際配送：海外訂單可能因海關檢查產生額外關稅與延遲，費用由收件人自行負擔。

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. We offer local and international shipping, with rates calculated at checkout. International orders may incur customs duties and delays, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

退換貨與退款 Returns & Refunds

可退換條件：商品須保持全新未拆封狀態，並於收貨後 7 天內提出申請。
不接受退換：已開封或損壞的食品、個人化訂製商品恕不退換。
退款流程：經確認符合條件後，退款將於 7–10 個工作天內原路退回。
運費責任：退貨運費由顧客承擔，除非因商品瑕疵或本店錯誤。

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt and items must be unused and unopened. Opened food items or customized products are non-returnable. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or shipped in error.
